How to use Injury Med Connect

Start with the care you are looking for

Search by location and specialty to find published provider locations. A group may have several offices with different services, so review the individual location rather than relying only on the organization name.

Read acceptance badges separately

Personal injury and workers’ compensation confirmations are tracked independently. A PI Confirmed badge does not mean workers’ compensation is confirmed, and a workers’ compensation badge does not establish PI acceptance. Confirmation reflects the evidence reviewed for the listed location; contact the office to confirm its current intake requirements.

Confirm the details before making arrangements

Ask whether the location offers the requested service, accepts your case type, has availability, and what payment or funding arrangements it requires. A directory listing does not reserve care or establish payment terms.

Save providers on your device

Saved providers help you return to offices you are considering. Saved lists are kept in your browser, so they may not follow you to another device and may disappear if browser storage is cleared.

Contact the intake team

Use your own reply email and contact details. If an email is filled from your account, choose Change when a different address should receive the response. This change applies to that inquiry and does not change your saved account contact details.

Share only the information needed to respond

Do not paste medical records, detailed medical histories or patient identifiers into the directory form. Ask the provider how to use its secure intake process for those materials. A submitted inquiry is not an appointment confirmation.
