Search requires no account. Saved Providers require a free individual account and are stored privately with that account for access across devices. Saved-list links are not sent to advertising analytics or used for provider outreach.

Provider contact and scheduling links go directly to provider-owned destinations. Email links open your email application; phone links open your calling application. Injury Med Connect does not collect provider inquiry messages, forward them, or import your later conversations. The provider’s privacy practices apply on its website and communication channels.

Profile-claim, proposed business-listing and directory-coverage forms store the information you submit for internal review. Do not include patient information or medical records. Any historical provider inquiries and outbound records are preserved pending a separate retention decision. Coverage requests collect specialty, geography and a response email, and are reviewed after 180 days. Requests submitted while signed in are linked privately to that account for status tracking. They do not request treatment or send a provider message. Internal admin email alerts contain a request reference and a sign-in link, without the submitted contact details or form contents.

Attorney and funding partner distribution, advertising analytics, and call recording are disabled. The complete operational privacy notice remains subject to review before public launch.

We use Vercel BotID browser verification and request limits to protect the directory against automated abuse. These security checks process technical request and browser signals. They are separate from optional analytics, and our BotID integration does not send public form contents. Public forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile security checks. We send the verification token, not your form contents, to Cloudflare for validation. Short-lived keyed fingerprints help limit abuse and prevent duplicate submissions.

To discuss access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, contact hello@injurymedconnect.com. Start with basic contact information and the type of request. Do not email medical records, detailed injury information, passwords, or identity documents. We’ll arrange appropriate verification and review applicable retention obligations before taking action.

Maps and area searches use Google Maps Platform. See Google’s Privacy Policy. City or ZIP searches may be sent to Google to resolve the requested search area. Provider representatives may also search for their public business location through Google Maps to prefill business details, which they must check before submitting for review.
